70% Dark Chocolate - Rich in flavonoids, polyphenols, tryptophan, magnesium and theobromine. Some studies also suggest that the flavonoids in dark chocolate may have anxiolytic (anxiety-reducing) effects. Consuming dark chocolate may help alleviate mild anxiety and promote relaxation.
Mixed Raw Nuts - Rich in good fats, protein, magnesium, vitamins and minerals, raw nuts are the ultimate mood-boosting snack. Nuts also provide a good source of energy, which can help alleviate feelings of fatigue and boost overall vitality, positively impacting mood.
Coconut - Coconut oil is a rich source of medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs), which are easily absorbed by the body and quickly converted into energy. MCTs can provide a quick and sustained energy source for the brain, potentially enhancing cognitive function and mood.
